Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ClaimFileHQ, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Use of the service
You are responsible for your account, your team's activity, and the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. Don't use the service to violate any law or third-party rights.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans and add-ons are billed per the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Custom contracts are governed by their separate order forms.
Data ownership
Your data is yours. We process it to provide the service and will not sell it. You can request export or deletion in line with our Privacy Policy.
Availability & changes
We work to keep the service available and may update features over time. We may modify these terms; material changes will be communicated.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, ClaimFileHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile phone number to ClaimFileHQ, you consent to receive transactional SMS text messages related to your property insurance appraisal — appointment confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and secure scheduling links. We do not send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies based on your appraisal activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@claimfilehq.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile opt-in and consent information is not shared with or sold to any third parties for marketing purposes.
